Fees
Dr. Johnson is an out-of-network provider. Although Johnson Psychiatry does not file billing with insurance companies, superbills, which can be filed electronically, are provided upon request. Many companies offer a level of fee reimbursement to members if an out-of-network deductible has been met. Please contact your insurance provider with questions regarding coverage and reimbursement. Services can be paid using a Health Savings Account (HSA) or debit/credit card which must be on file before the appointment. Payment is due at time of service, unless otherwise approved in advance.
